It's a Al muntazah plaza hotel Clean, good service and friendly staff. The only downside is the windows are not soundproof, it gets noisy at night. windows must be replaced The hotel is not bad and the cleaning service is good but the the guys who are working at the reception are not helpful at all, i once asked them for an empty glass and they refused to send anything , basically they will say no about anything you ask them for

A terrible experience overall. Too much dust on the tables Poop stains in the toilet seat. Had to flush by myself. Back rest of bed was very dirty. Only one socket available, for either lamp or charger. Too many stains on comforter/blanket, probably not washed properly. Pillows were smelly. Old school furniture from 80s 90s. Internet speed limited to 4mbps. In 2023. They ask you to purchase more speed for Qar 100. That's a disappointing way of making profit. Sink pipe leaking drops of water. Entrance and loby was good and well maintained. No complementary water. Only 1 small bottle. Asked house keeping they said we don't give water. Asked for shampoo waited for 1 hour no one came. Asked again, waited for another one hour no one came. Mentioned in the elevator that "we dont receive and deliver food to your room" Rust like spots on Towel, pillow, Comforter. Checkout process took 15-20 minutes. How can it be a 3 star? Overall its worst than most of the 2star budget hotels.

Fairly old hotel but done the job, only about 20mins drive from airport. Room was spacious enough and clean. Air con worked well. Staff ok, the male at check out (Thurs 9th November 2023 4:30pm) was looking to make some cash. I asked for a taxi to airport, he ordered an Uber using his personal mobile and wanted me to pay him cash. He said it was cheaper, but regular taxi is cheap anyway.

Only hot water in hot summer (no water cooling system).. No parking... customers can park at road at their own risk.. I spent half and hour to find the parking on road sides but all full..

Im totally disappointed for the service they provided. The rooms are not even clean and other things are discusting too. Specially the staff they dont even allow my guest to get inside. Not recommended at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
