I will start off by saying the Egyptian man working at the front desk was a kind man. However, things went poorly after checking into my room. There was a cockroach problem. I took the photos as well. I was not even in the room for thirty minutes, I did not even use the room. I was so disgusted that when I tried to get a refund I was told that it’s not possible, and that the “system” does not allow it. The kind Egyptian man tried to tell me to go to another room on a floor that wasn’t on the ground, but my experience was ruined and I decided to go elsewhere. It’s sad that the hotel refused to give me a refund even though I did not use the room at all and left a few minutes after checking in. That’s a loss of about 1,200 Saudi riyals for me. I am working with my bank now to work on a resolution since I was not treated fairly. Riyadh is a beautiful city and this hotel does represent the true beauty of Riyadh in my opinion.

So beautiful place. Rooms are so clean all services are available there is television and air conditioning wifi, fredge, microwave and water boiler.. The WC is so clean wish washer and water heater.. I loved the place

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
