I was very skeptical of getting this place to stay for 4 nights initially after reading all these reviews online but I had no option as I was racing against time. Me and my wife stayed at this place for almost a week and honestly speaking we had a very good stay. The staff were hospitable, except for a stove or a washing machine every other essentials were available. I believe they do have the stove and the washing machine as well but we never needed them. Bottom line for 170-200 AED it is highly worthid. Good wifi. Renovated stay and a good area. You cannot expect 5 star treatment like any other hotel in Dubai or Sharjah but for the money it was good for me.

When you call you expect a very hospitable person on the other line. But No, he is very rude and will hang up the phone in your face. You shouldn't work in a hospitality industry if you don't know anything about phone etiquette in the first place. First impression will always put a great impact in a business. Finnd other hotel to booked.

I would not even give a one start but unfortunately there is no option of it.. hotel flats was very dirty from inside.. the bathrooms were filthy & the toilet was broken leaking, We had little kids it was a family stay with this hotel we come from England for 7 days stay.. It was full of fly 🪰 in every each rooms so many that sticking on my 4monts old babie mouth, very unhygienic hotel it was.. when we complained about the tolite the guy told us it’s okie it’s just a bit leak… what if my 3 & 5 years babies fall on floor ?? When we wanted a money back they got angry said there is no refunds. Thanks to booking.com that helped us get back the refunds still they took one night money which we didn’t stay.. I would highly recommend people specially family not to book in this hotel.. the Receptionist “RAJ” was a very rude & unhelpful… had no respect how to talk to women aswell..
