Located near Sharjah expo center and from there to dubai is a five minute’s drive during non traffic hours. Spacious rooms with classic interior and affordable prices. Shortage of parking inside the building was one of the drawback and tea or coffee sacks were empty which is basic. Staffs where friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

I didn’t like the experience. Been disappointed twice on both my visits. First i didn’t have the towels provided in the room. Second visit they have a room with a bathroom that was not in good condition. The toilet was not flushing and floor flooded with water. Definitely not going back there. Very disappointed

Really feeling bad when entered in Room.. On bed cockroaches are roaming ,then i saw on floor also... It was not at all Hygenic, Washroom full with water , Even i informed to staff , they simply gave towel , nothing was done..
Really disappointed 😕, Even I Wondered who gave them 4 Star . I will never recommended this hotel ever.

Firstly, we were welcomed by intrusion of cockroaches in our room, to the point that we even found them crawling on the bed. Disgusting!!
Secondly, no towels in the room, when enquired, we got a super chilled response by the receptionist stating that we don’t provide them. This confused us to re inquire the same, to which he mentioned that we ran out of towels and it will be only available during the morning. I don’t believe this sounds like a 4- star hotel’s intended services.

Bad , I wasted my money for a room of cockroach’s
My experience: I entered the to the reception and there was flies and the staff didn’t look professional, they gave me a room and it looked dirty , the hallways smell like smoke and cigarettes, there was water on the bathroom,stains in the couches , 5 mins later after entering the room I saw a big cockroach crawling on the bed , so I went to the reception and told them , the girl that was in the reception rolled her eyes at me and said : ugh don’t you have insects spray , I thought I did so I said yes even though if I didn’t and by the way I sprayed the cockroach with sanitizer after another 5 minutes I saw another cockroach crawling on the desk that near the bed , I told the reception that I would like to cancel my stay and I would like a refund, I got a refund but after such a long time not only that but while my stay in the room I have requested some towels which I received but the person who gave me the towels dropped them on the floors so I thought :oh he will give me new ones but no he didn’t , he gave me the towel he dropped on the floor, and how can I forget about the “ free Wi-Fi “ it’s free but so laggy and always keeps shutting down . What ever you do don’t come to this hotel
And I think that the staff don’t get payed enough but lucky I got an assistant that’s friendly and that’s only the best thing in the hotel .
