Total terrible place. Pictures are deceving very dirty and smell like "urine". I couldn't stay and canceled my booking as it's too much disgusting. Staff lies, she told me that there is no available room apart from he one she showed me and when I told her I will cancel booking she said we can change your room.

Overall Ok-Ok Experience, Room is Good According to Price, Buffet Food is Pathetic, All Day Almost Same Items Made By Staff. Stayed in this Hotel More than 10 Days. Public Transportation Is Not That much Convenient at this location.

I used to stay in this hotel when I visit Al shariah/Dubai area, but no more after bad reception of their unfriendly staff with the name Yogesh he failed to provide the room of the same size in the booking, yet charged the same booking amount. he even refused to issue another room key as we were 4 family members. Extremely rude attitude. Complained to his boss in writing Rejil, yet, never heard from him. I ll avoid them and so you should too
