I read the bad reviews before booking this hotel, than thought to give it a try. I think people who giving negative reviews must be very choosy. For us it was very pleasant stay. Nice hotel with prime location 👌 Staff is friendly , receptionist antonio was very helpful and humble. Hot water clean sheets Coffee availability, small fridge in room Scenic view to theatre opera. What they can improve > smart TV instead of normal TV

Stayed here for our final nights of our Italy vacation. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very nice! Away from the hustle and major tourist attractions of the rest of Rome. That being said we did find the dining options a little limited in this area - nothing to do with the hotel just something to note if staying here! Very close to Termini station which is super convenient when traveling! All of the staff were helpful and kind. Overall a great visit!

One of the worst experiences that i had in Italy. I went there for 2 days, lift was not working so we had to take our language on stairs. After the checkout i forgot my passports and cash amount in the safe ( closed). After i checked out about 1 hour i called the reception to ask them not to touch it and im on my way back to pick my staff up before someone checksin. They called me and asked for 10% of the money so they can give it back to me, they held my cash and passports as hostage. My cash and passport were not found on the street it was in a safe inside a room!! Why would i pay you 10% of my money? Isnt it your job to be honest and give it back to me? Scammers , not worth a dime! Will never come back. For the owner, as for your previous response that claimed that i never been there , see the attached photo confirmation from my booking and happy to provide move info from the incident 🙂

It was a really good vacation in Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel. We had really good welcoming, and during our vacation people who work in there were really helpful and service was good as well. We went Rome with my twin sister to celebrate our birthday and when we came our room at the end of day, there was a prosecco with happy birthday note, this was so cute ❤️ Also hotel has wonderful location, you can go everywhere on foot except Vatikan. To go there, you can use metro. To reach metro station, you should walk only 4-5 mins and one direction ticket was 1.5 Euro for per person(September 2023) Long story short, this hotel is highly recommended, and if i will be in rome again, i will definitely choose Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel.

We just stayed at the Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel this past weekend and it was a GREAT experience. The location is great and makes many attractions very walkable which is really how you should see Rome. The hotal is quaint and in a safe neighborhood walkable from the main train station the Rome Termini. The best part forever was Dario and Danielle. They were extremely helpful to our group of 8. We arrived early and they were able to have one room ready for us to store bags. They also helped us get a very large restaurant reservation on a Saturday night. They arranged transport to the airport started with us until be were loaded up and on our way. I highly recommend this hotel for your time at Rome. It's not a Four Seasons but that's not our style. It's quaint, clean and can't say enough about the staff! Andrew Huang

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
