We booked a 3 bedroom villa and we had our own butler Asanka. He was fast and efficient with his response and services. Definitely a good guy to be around. The luxury villa was amazing we had kids and it’s an awesome experience. The only regret was 1 night was insufficient. To fully experience optimal experience 2 nights booking will be great. The staff drop off, reception to their in room dining they were all friendly and service is excellent.

Amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious with fantastic amenities like a pool and hot tub. Loved the cozy backyard sitting area. The restaurant offers a great variety of tasty options. The spa is exceptional, especially the hot and cold plunge pools and various saunas. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Truly remarkable beautiful resort! It was my birthday and the sweet pretty young lady who works the front desk sent me a piece of delicious birthday cake! She was so humble, she refused my tip. I made her take it. Her act of kindness made my day. Food was delicious at each restaurant. Only issue was this is for relaxing. I'm the life of any party so I was looking for fun and it was too quiet for my liking! Thanks again front desk and to the manager who comped my meal because his staff failed to put in my order. I appreciate all of you! I'd return but not solo, definitely a spot for couples.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was an incredible experience. A real luxury experience which feels away from the hustle and bustle of Any Dhabi. Although there were some logistical issues with our stay, the professionalism and dedication of the staff (especially, Janitha) meant this was not an issue in practice and reassured me that they could deal with any issue!

We organised our wedding in Al Wathba and absolutely everything was perfect -from the wedding ceremony to the bonfire, the rooms and the villa, the appetizers, the exquisite dinner, the drinks, the view, the architecture, the cleanness of the entire place, the availability and extreme kindness of the staff-. This place is truly a gem! Huge thanks to ALL THE STAFF working in Al Wathba, specially Eva, Mohamed and the chef Dima. A very special thanks to the most available and detail-oriented wedding organizer Ms Soukaina. And a last very special message of appreciation and gratitude to Majd who went above and beyond our expectations. We will always remember his professionalism, extreme kindness and immense generosity. Thanks all! ❤️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
