        They are scammers. Beware of them. Specially don’t leave your stuff in the room even if you are going out of the room for a minute. They took money from our bag when we were doing breakfast just before our departure. I think whole staff is involved in it. They never respond to my enquiry to check which worker entered our room when we were present at the hotel. It can be easily found on cameras.

        I know that a lot of people that are currently reading the reviews are probably just frustrated because you couldn't find the hotel you want and you only have a limited time to do so. Well let me make things a bit more clear: When you actually do decide to go to Istanbul well you want to visit the city then this hotel is the best option for you! The staff are really nice and very welcoming and they check up on you often as well. But don't expect a big breakfast buffet which i came to learn that it is not because of the hotel rather than the Turkish people eat small portions for breakfast and prefer to have a big lunch later on. For the people traveling with family, the room in the basement( wouldn't really call it that its just a bit lower than the sidewalk outside) is a perfect choice due to its convenience. I hope this review reaches you and aids you in your hotel quest!

        Hello I have been contacting you for several days explaining that I was unable to come to Istanbul and that I had a reservation for 7 nights with you. And I ask you if it is possible to change the dates or simply to refund me at least for 5 nights because I can't come. So I'll leave you 2 nights for trouble. But you don't answer me, I sent several emails. Do you just intend to ignore me?

        Hotel is very close to Historical Places. Breakfast and room cleanness need improvement. No drinking water bottles in the rooms.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
