Perfect location, not on the main road, but not too far out. Jeep met us at the main road to pick us and our luggage from our tour van and delivered us safely to camp. Hospitality and food are top notch. We had a front row panoramic bubble tent and the sunset view and stars at night were amazing. Heat, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical all worked properly. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We spent one night in a panoramic tent. The experience was better than expected taking into consideration what the desert conditions can offer. One of the big pros was location. It was not too far away from the main road and a little town (maybe a 5-10 mins Jeep ride), but far enough to get the “desert” experience. We have seen some other “luxury” camps that were located just by the road and we were so glad about our location. The dinner and breakfast was tasty. Staff was helpful yet not pushy. The tent was incredibly hot when we arrived at around 2 pm until sunset but what else to expect from a see-through construction - AC in our tent worked but it was simply not enough for the heat. It was very pleasant at night though. The tent was clean although bathroom was quite ran down.

Absolutely beautiful! This was perfect for our family of four. We had two domes next to each other, with the girls close enough. The staff was fantastic, great food, service, and shisha! We unexpectedly fell in love with the desert. We would definitely go back! This is not a 5 star resort, but it's not a bedouin tent in the desert, it's somewhere in between. You do pay for water, which is irksome, but it is the desert. We came during the Gaza war and tourism had taken a noticeable hit, we did feel like some of the food offerings were more limited then if the place had been full. The first night felt very empty, but a couple tours came the second night. The staff definitely made us feel welcome and was very attentive. We felt as if we'd been welcomed into their home as guests.

Wadi Rum camp in a great location a short 4WD distance from the highway, so no car/truck noises. Views from the panoramic tent were great, food was genuine local, service was friendly and fit for purpose, rooms were clean with the essentials but dont expect 5 star hotel! We stayed one night, which was probably enough, but you could do two. Thanks to the team at Aladin Camp

The camp was very basic and so was the room. They don’t provide any slippers for the room plus there was hardly any force of water in the shower head for showering and plus the water heater in my room looked like it would fall out any moment. The dinner was very average considering that I reside in the Middle East. Even the breakfast buffet was too simple. There was not even 1 bottle of water offered atleast during dinner or breakfast which is so degrading. Every service is to be paid for. Stargazing i recommend walking on your own a little further out of camp and doing it on your own even sunrise. The poor camels are so under fed and it appalling to see them being pulled around for Tourists. This camp is so further away from wadi rum. I recommend please do your research before opting for them.
