        The hotel was nice and very clean. Price-performance hotel. 3 min. by walking to the La rambla street. The staff was very helpful. The room was very cold my first day, but when I told them, they fixed it immediately. Only negative thing, Wifi is very poor... i sicerely recommend...

        I spent 4 nights here. Staff is very friendly. They clean the room every day even if you refuse to clean it they ask to change the towels. Bedsheet was clean blanket was okay. Pillow wasn’t really comfortable and the bed mattress was not useable it was expired i guess. The problem is about the heavy chairs in the rooms whoever move their chair on 4th floor you can hear at first. People snorting next room you can barely hear but if you damn tired of walking and exploring the city you ll be sleeping like a dead. As there is no noises from outside or traffic sounds extra. It is located in very good location to be honest 2 minutes walk from underground trains. But as a tourist you don’t need it really. Overall its fine . There is few complaints but for the price they offer it’s beautiful place to stay.

There's no restaurant in the hotel, but you can find many options just a few minutes walking. The rooms are simple but very comfortable, and the hotel's new area might be funny to access (there's a special key to unlock two doors), but it works well. In general, it was a fair choice.

        It's just a 3-star hotel in a bit of a rough area, so when you look for luxury I suggest the Mandarin Oriental if you can afford it. This modest hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, my single room was comfortable enough. One of the receptionists was a local guy who gave me very good advice on where to run and cycle in the city. Only thing that should be improved is the WiFi, very poor indeed.

        Stay away from this place. The owner/manager is a rude, grumpy old man (edit: he was nice enough at first, until there were issues) that doesn't care about his guests. The A/C never worked. We were told when going out for the evening that it would be fixed when we were back, only to find that they did nothing, which lead us all to have a horrible sleep, as it felt like a sauna in there. The room was also extremely cramped and pretty shabby looking. There were other problems too which I won't get into, suffice it to say that the owner/manager did not care about helping us, since he already had our money. The other staff were friendly (a guy and a girl who seemed like they might have been his children or even grandchildren, poor souls, and one of them was actually quite embarrassed by his actions and even admittedly hated having to work for him!). The hotel is also in a very noisy, dirty and sketchy neighborhood, and we actually saw a horrible fight right outside the hotel. I'm sure there were others that had a more pleasant experience, but I'd highly recommend finding another hotel. Sure, it's close to La Ramblas, etc., but you can find many other far better places that are close as well.
