Rooms are very small, and the shower is insanely tight. I'm not big by any means, and I could barely move around in the shower. The front desk was nice, and will try to help you out if they can. Breakfast was very average, nothing crazy about it. Location is walking distance to Fira (20 minutes), and there are some cute local shops nearby. But you can find better places at the same price

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Service efficient and breakfast good. However to access Fira one has to walk on foot on the main road ( no sidewalk) for 15 mins . So its not really a comfortable walk back and forth.However the hotel provides parking so convenient if one has a car. Rooms are spacious and mattresses very comfortable. Bathroom is fine with amenities.

Excellent reception service. The staff very friendly. They made my stay more pleasant and in my departure they give me a little gift. Thank you very much. The hotel is 15 minutes walking to Fira. As well you can take a bus just in front. All the public buses to the south of the island stop here. Many restaurants and coffees around the hotel.

We had a great time here, the location was amazing with great cheap and easy access to the rest of the island. Staff where incredibly friendly, we had a fantastic time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
