        This rating is only about the people who own/manage the hotel. In fact, this is not really a hotel. It is some sort of a private place with rooms, which apparently does not staff a front desk after 8 pm and therefore, no one can arrive after that. That critical information is buried in their own website, and once you make the reservation, and realize you will arrive after 8 pm, they would not cancel or refund your money. It takes a long time before anyone responds. They are unscrupulous and care solely about money. Clearly, I would not recommend it.

        I’m a lone female standing outside a hotel I paid for in a foreign country at 2 am and the owner will not let me in. Guido says the reservation desk closes at 8. I booked through Hotwire and no where on my reservation does it say I must arrive before 8 (I would have saved the $400 and gone elsewhere seeing as I didn’t land until 11pm). My issue is this - Hotwire should absolutely disclose this info because I’m now stranded on the street and out cash. But Guido the owner should stop telling his “guests” when they call to get in wondering what’s going on that the reservation states this when it doesn’t. As someone who accepts business/money from these partners it’s on the owner of this hotel to 1) make sure that is communicated, and; 2) not to tell me otherwise and that it’s not is problem when it is. I now have to find another place to stay in the middle of the night and have no clue where to go after just spending nearly $400 for the luxury of arguing with a sleepy and grumpy man while stranded on a rainy street in a city I’ve never been to.

        It’s a 2 star hotel so you obviously can’t expect luxury but for the price everything was good and as expected. -Can’t arrive after 8pm. -Cleanliness was ok. -15 min away from the Duomo Cathedral. -Pleasant staff.

        The receptionist is horribly rude. And more aggressive. I paid for wifi but it never worked. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It has no place on the internet

        Very clean hotel, room is big and the location is excellent, few meters from the metro station. Good value for the price.
