Staying at Alberto Etico Roma was a fantastic experience. The staff are SO incredibly friendly and accomodating. From the moment we are able to check in early (without even calling ahead), we felt right at home here in Rome. Rooms are clean, the hotel itself is very unique, there is beautiful outdoor seating, breakfast is varied & enjoyable. Surrounding area is a nice quiet part of Rome, but also within walking distance to many of the key attractions. There are so many positives. We loved the hotel’s mission statement and would happily return next time we visit Italy.

Great home base for any trip to Rome. It’s quiet, but still 10 mins from the train station. The staff was wonderful, and the bar/restaurant onsite was very good. The rooms are larger than what you’d typically get in rome. Ours had large windows and a big bathroom. Very modern amenities inside the room. Excellent value for money.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and I can say everything was good, our room was nice Breakfast was good and there is a staff named Mary at breakfast time who is very nice and welcoming! She is always smiling and very helpful! The only thing I can say about the rooms is that they are not very sound proof and you can hear other room’s guests voices but as we were mostly out it wasn’t so annoying.

We had an amazing experience at Albergo Etico at the end of august. They implement a courageous and innovating programm to train the people with disabilities and to help them integrate as professionals in the society. The rooms are big, well organised and clean, with a well functioning air-conditioning. The corner rooms can be noisy because of the traffic. The breakfast is tasty with a lot of salty and sweet options. It is the most west european breakfast we had in Italy. We definitely recomand this accommodation, we would gladly come here again.

1. Room: I had a superior room and it was great, no room around, quiet and cozy 2. Location: The hotel is located in a part of the city where you can reach the border of the sightseeing parts of the city with a 5-minute walk, near Bourqizeh Garden. It has a very good location for tourism without being in the heart of the city center. 3. Breakfast: in one word: one of the best with a completely varied and complete menu. 4. Personnel: They are very good at their job 5. Cleanliness: very good score 6. Services: poor, you have to have your own toothbrush and razors and tissues

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
