The cleaning lady is really nice she should get a raise!!. And the rest of the staff is ok. The rooms are ok mabybe a bit too cramped even for the price. It’s nice you don’t need a lock to lock your stuff. But for some reason there is a really bad atmosphere.

I stayed here on the 6th of October at 01:00 in the morning, by 2:00 I had reported the noise problem twice nothing was done at 2:45 I went to the toilet, there was poo and wee all over the toilet seat the bin next to the toilets was full of wee and the showers was disgusting soiled underwear hanging I ask for my money back and he said no, i was left with no choice but to leave and sleep on the floor out side the train station, this place is disgusting. (DO NOT STOP HERE)

The staff at the hostel were very helpful and lovely. They always had a smile on their face and tried to assist people in any way they could. The hostel itself was very nice and worth staying at. The location was not bad either. It was very close to a couple of different metro stations and easy to access everywhere.

Good place in a practical position. Reception open 24/7 and very good and disposable staff. The room are quite good, with tent for privacy in every bed and a drawer with a locker. Common spaces are good and clean. Only negative aspect is the fact that the room are common and that sometimes people don’t have respect for the ones that are already asleep. Advice: bring with you some earplugs
