        My check-in experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. It all began with a receptionist who displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Despite checking in at 4 PM, which falls well within their designated check-in time, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude. It was as though I was inconveniencing them by arriving at a reasonable hour. What added to the frustration was the fact that I had requested a late checkout, a simple and common courtesy that most hotels are willing to accommodate. However, the receptionist adamantly refused, displaying a complete lack of empathy or willingness to assist. But the disappointment didn't end there. When I sought the assistance of the manager to address these issues and provide feedback on the appalling behavior of their staff, I was met with further disappointment. The manager appeared careless and disinterested, showing no intention of rectifying the situation or ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere and attitude of this hotel's staff were far from what one would expect from a reputable establishment. The utter disregard for customer service, from the receptionist to the manager, is inexcusable. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay. It's clear that they need a significant overhaul in both their staff training and management approach to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.

        The worst hotel with the worst management! I havent seen any management like this I was supposed to have my engagement in in this hotel and was stuck between two dates and told the sales manager and he told me both dates are available And he took the confirmation from the management as per what he told me I asked him last time on the 21st of decemeber to send me the payment link and he said he will and until this day he didnt We called him yeaterday and he said the management didnt approve the event!!!! The engagement is one month from now! I spoke to the manager and he was clearly smoking shisha when talking to me and was very rude it was unbelievable And his answers were “i dont have a contract” CLEARLY he wouldve had a contract if they answered me with the payment links! The worst service and worst management!!!! I hope someone will take action with their rudeness

        It was a good experience staying in Alberni Jabel hafeet hotel. The view was amazing with foggy and cold weather. Rooms and room service is good. The best part is the staff of sunset valley restaurant in Alberni hotel. We had a very good experience with Mr. Abdul in sunset valley restaurant. He was very welcoming and very cooperative. The other staff of the restaurant was also very good and we had a good experience with Mr Deepak also.

        The hotel is very new, loved it.. amazing view, nice rooms, beautiful design but they still have a lot to improve The breakfast buffet doesn’t have a lot of varieties The pool needs to be heated And many other things to improve but the overall experience is different and lovely
