Filthy disgusting property, rubbish outside, rooms were no better- broken furniture, stains on bed, broken shower handles, rude staff. Owner was called, he was extremely rude on phone, lied to booking.com, so we took a full video of the property, the room and the manager admitting to the condition of the room. Would love to post the video. within 2 hours we found somewhere else to stay and that was the most incredible stay of our trip. If we had stayed here we would have the worst experience of visiting Italy for the first time. Please look at the negative reviews on here and on tripadvisor as im certain the good ones are from his family and friends. If you dont want the worst experience of your life- do not stay here!

Worst place we’ve stayed at in Europe. The room was really dirty and wasn’t cleaned during our stay- we asked reception why our room wasn’t cleaned and he just said “that’s weird” and walked off. The housekeeper came on the 3rd day and didn’t replace our towels, just hung up our dirty ones from the floor. There were ants everywhere in our room and bugs. We were bitten during the night. Breakfast was disgusting and we couldn’t eat it. There are no blankets on the bed, just an old, thin sheet. Management doesn’t reply at all when you try to contact them. Would never recommend this place

Unfortunately, this room and bathroom were not up to standard in terms of cleanliness. I ended up leaving and seeking other accommodation. They still charged me. The mattress is very tired and uncomfortable and sheets need replacing, the sheets had holes. The sheets and duvet had hairs on them. The sofa was worn to the point of flaking paint. I had wiped down most of the surfaces in the bathroom and room as they were not cleaned. The tub was not cleaned. The positive was the receptionist was kind and polite. Hopefully this establishment can invest in better cleaning and some new mattresses.

Stayed here for 2 nights while travelling Italy. The staff were helpful, friendly and personable. The rooms were well designed and decorated making it a really comfortable stay. Also the location is good. You're never more than a 10 to 15 minute walk from anywhere including: train station, beach, main road/square. Check in and check out experience was great too!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
