We've had the most enjoyable experience at this hostel. The staff there was super kind and helped us with everything. We sure had incredibly fun nights with the rest of the guests at the karaoke bar. However, it is important to know this place is just made for young travelers like us. The party at the bar ends late at night and noise in corridors and rooms is a common thing to see.

Stellar location and excellent value for money. The female-only dorm and facilities on the 4th floor are squeaky clean and felt very safe. I’m also glad that the room is very well heated in early December — as someone who always travels with a hot water bottle and an extra duvet, this is something I appreciated a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. I stayed for a whole week and the vibes were consistently good. That said, this is one of the less comfortable hostels with 8+ stars on Hostelworld I’ve stayed in, and since management seems to take feedback very seriously, I’m leaving this review with a few tiny suggestions. There’s a general lack of shelves in the bedroom and the bathrooms, so it’s always a bit awkward to find places to put stuff. There’s also no tissue paper or hand dryer near the sinks, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, so I was constantly walking around with drippy hands. Maybe because of the great location and price, there are all sorts of people staying at the hostel, ruder than the crowds I found elsewhere. There were guests who snored throughout the night, turned on the light regardless of the hour, packed loudly in the early morning, and sprayed pungent perfumes in the bedroom. This of course is no fault of the hostel and there’s little the staff can do to prevent it, but it is something to keep in mind when choosing a place to stay.

When we first entered our room the vibes felt a little weird & prisony but very quickly we ended up having the best time here. Super social environment, cheap drinks on the upstairs patio (gets busy about an hour before close then everyone heads out to other bars), decent bathrooms (although they did smell of urine a little bit), nice mirror area to get ready, good walking distance to attractions, shared kitchen. Overall a very enjoyable experience for a fair price. Honestly not sure why there are so many super negative reviews. It’s a hostel so you should be prepared for what you’re getting into before you book it. Would stay here again.

It was a terrible experience. The showers and the toilets were pretty dirty. There is not any kind of place to land our stuff at the shower cabin which is insane. The room also was not so clean. The noise from the bar and later from the street was horrible. The people in the room doesn't have any kind of respect about noise and lighting (and this is not the hostel fault, of course). Yesterday it arrived one really drunk guy which unfortunately slept below my bed and it seems like it was a earthquake. I sent an email to the hostel at 1 AM reporting that guy was really making me feel uncomfortable, by touching my bed below, and turning the light of the ceiling on, but anyone answer. Today when I made the checkout the lady in the reception just told me that it was supposed to me report in person that at the reception and also that email was not the good one (I sent to the email that shows up in the website). This is not acceptable to have the wrong email at website, I guess. The price is far too high for the conditions of the hostel.

We felt the warmth from the first moment we entered, Oven who welcomed us was very welcoming and friendly. Since it is a short distance from the terminal, transportation is very easy. We had a quiet and enjoyable night. You should definitely choose it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
