        AFFORI 5 apartment: decent and good location but air conditioning not available (the owner stole the remote control from the 1/10 even though it was 30°), sign with incorrect network name and WiFi password (problem not solved after reporting it to the host) , one of the 4 chairs was badly repaired and destroyed at the first sitting, kitchen with very few utensils, mediocre cleanliness and bathroom that smells like sewer.

        CHECK IN AT THE STRUCTURE FROM 3 PM TO 6 PM ----- if you arrive later you will have to go and get the keys elsewhere. (a bit of flexibility if you are in the area by 6.45pm someone might join you anyway). ... it's a shame about this because the apartments are so nice and the price is very honest even during the fair period. There would be maximum potential if there were the possibility of automated check-in (with coded electronic boxes or electronic locks) on the apartments (others do it). The girl on the phone was very polite.

        The Alessia's Flat apartment located in via Breno 1, is inside a very large condominium with various buildings. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor (almost a 1st floor) which can only be accessed via a flight of steps. As soon as you enter it, there is immediately a small corridor and then you arrive in a hallway that opens directly onto the kitchen. In the same hallway there are also three doors, one to access the bathroom and the others for the 2 bedrooms equipped with 3 beds each. In one there are 3 single beds, in the other 1 single and a double (probably 2 singles placed next to each other). One of the two bedrooms also has a balcony. The kitchen is not very large but equipped with 2 tables and 5 chairs. The bathroom, narrow and long, has a large shower. The house also has free and stable Wi-Fi. The apartment is located 500/600 m from the "Brenta" station of the M3 yellow line metro with which you can reach the Duomo in 10 minutes and the central station in 15 minutes. Very comfortable! Unfortunately, there are flaws... The intercom is not working therefore, in the absence of the building caretaker (Saturday and Sunday) you are forced to leave the house to open the door to anyone outside. The dishes supplied are few and often either too small or too large. There are no teaspoons. Good location thanks to the metro, but maintenance of the house needs to be reviewed.
