Best reception, restaurant and cleaning staff we've ever had in a hotel. Beautiful rooms; 24/7 service available. My partner has a mobility issue and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful,kind and supportive. Will definitely return. Thank you!!!

This is by far, the best hotel I've been to lately. The hotel management is after your satisfaction, not after your money. From the minute you arrive, they will take your car to park for free and carry your luggage up to your room. Breakfast is incredible, excellent coffee. Unbeatable view & location. Aybars, the receptionist is the best. Housekeeper with a nice smile served us her best. Surprisingly, the beach isn't in front of the hotel, but discovered this was a pleasant surprise, they take you with a free shuttle boat to the remote beach, it's paradise, with all the facilities for free. You can have lunch. and drinks for a reasonable price. The beach captain and chef were great. Try their pizza, delicious. Alesta Yacht, thank you so much for this hassle free and super nice vacation.

Location is excellent. The view from the room is to die for. Breakfast had super quality cheese, salads, fruits. We are vegetarians and we had so many things to choose from.. and the salads, fruits, cheese was so fresh... The hotel is so clean .. the rooms, the reception and the common areas, the restaurant.. everything is really tidy. Reception staff was really helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is also very convenient.

A very nice hotel with rooftop restaurant with good food and service. The rooms on the back side face a wall and are not so nice. The pool is small and not great. The staff is very good. Very clean and modern.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
