        Pillows pillows pillows. If we had better pillows that weren’t uncomfortable it would of been better star rating, our bed was comfortable but the pillows really made us feel like we got hit by a bus the next day when waking up 😩 room service was good and cleanliness was good, spa bath was probably the highlight. Staff were friendly. If you have a lowered car I wouldn’t recommend coming here as the drop down the driveway would make your car scrape (we hired a car to access) parking is ok but it gets full and some guests don’t know how to park properly so can be abit difficult getting in and out. They also have a covered smoking/vaping area in the carpark.

        I had a wonderful stay while passing through Auckland at this location. Location is great-just a short walk to the mall. My room was spacious and very clean. Lots of windows and a balcony provided a nice breeze. Hotel Attendant was very kind. For the price, not much better in Auckland.

        Pillows pillows pillows.         From the moment I checked availability via a quick phone call, their helpful and friendly service was evident. It's not the Ritz but if you're looking for somewhere to lay your head for a night, that's safe, clean, not an emergency housing facility, and is only 10 minutes from the impressive Westfield mall & shops, then this place is value for money! And I have a Hilux with roof racks so no trouble parking in their free parking basement below (2.1 meters height restriction). Will be back for sure.

        Stained top sheet no one at reception to tell. While location is good room was too small for 2 people. Shower door very narrow tight fit. Bed not like standard quality comfort bed. Reception not manned like serviced rooms we paid far too much for that room. So disappointed.
