I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alexander Villas and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I entered the reception I was greeted with a warm welcome and a sense of opulence that permeated throughout my entire stay. First and foremost, the staff at Alexander Villas deserves the highest praise. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The service was excellent! Every interaction was met with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel like a valued guest. Speaking of the rooms, they were an absolute delight. The room was impeccably clean, I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view! The meticulously maintained swimming pool provided a refreshing oasis. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location offered easy access to nearby attractions, ensuring that I could explore the city with ease. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Honestly the best place in Santorini! Great people, great staff, great pool, room, view, environment! Near to supermarket, restaurants, taxi.. everything!!! They have offer all the tours and activities in santorini!!! Thank you so much Petros and Costas for all the hospitality! Be back for sure !!!

Amazing caldera views from the hotel. Rooms are a little small but worth staying. You can go outside your room and take amazing pics of the whole island. Infinity pool in the hotel makes it even better. The staff was helpful too, they even came to pick us up. Overall a good experience.

Quaint, unpretentious rooms with an incredible view. Small details like a complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast being brought to our room, so we were able to enjoy the view as we ate, made our night here truly memorable. Everyone who works here was wonderful, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here.

Amazing location, great pool and jacuzzi, polite and very helpful staff, nice rooms and breakfast! Breathing view and next to the church! Petros and Raza are very friendly and kind! The breakfast is so good!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
