Very friendly competent helpful staff ! Location was great for us as we enjoyed late night take aways from the many places on Turmstraße. We traveled with our two dogs, also no problem at the hotel. Nice walking areas nearby ( e.g. along the river ) Room was very quiet ( Hofseite ) and a nice comfy size. Bathroom a bit on the small side. We did not make use of the breakfast so can't say anything. Parking is always tricky in big cities so we used the provided parking garage. Very easy going , pleasant stay, we would come back.

Great little place to base yourselves from which is cheaper than quite a few other hotels. Service was brilliant. Rooms are clean and organised. Shower and toilet a tad small but clean and all works a treat. Breakfast surprisingly good, all fresh as and even at 6:30 am service was with a smile.

A 3* hotel that gives you the feeling of a more high class hotel and is much more than a regular 3* with a nice little roof top terrace! In a quite and calm area for a city like Berlin. Wonderful room; quiet, spacious with windows from floor to ceiling, heated bathroom floor. A plus with timer on toweldryer. Utility gifpackage was better than most hotels with razor, combe and toothbrush, that you often forget. Their breakfast is generous for a 3* hotel with all you need. Our room was visibly dusty on floor upon arrival. Not often a negative that can be erased. The excellent service Steve and Tracy gave us during our entire stay, completely washed it away! They went way and beyond to make it a pleasant stay! The location wasn't central, but not far from it with several options of communications, scooters to get there. Downsides: the regular coffe is too bland, order espressos if your coffe matters to you. The noise from the fan in the bathroom was loud, disturbing,small bathroom with bad lights for Make-Up, no air-condition. The TV-screen on the wall was useless, no local cable TV or HDMI, no options to stream.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
