One step above a capsule hotel. Tiny rooms, uncomfortable beds (feels like laying on a boxspring), and limited natural light. Good luck fully opening your suitcase if it’s anything larger than a small carry-on. Not recommended.

The Alfit hotel is ideal if you are looking for accommodation that is well located, it has a lot of restaurants around and several subway exits that take you to the center of Tokyo. We had our doubts at first since it is new and has very few reviews and ratings, but I can now say with certainty that it has been a total success. There were 5 of us and for convenience and at no additional cost they separated us into three rooms. They are small rooms but with everything basic to stay for a week (no more is needed), including pajamas and several hygiene products so good that they could seem like they were from a higher quality hotel. Even though there is no breakfast with your reservation, the hotel provides you with coffee and a pastry for free. The only drawback I would say is the issue of communication, at some hours there were workers who did not know how to speak English, but with the translator we were able to understand each other without any problem. In general, our stay has been quite comfortable and whenever we have missed something, the hotel workers have been very kind in making things easier for us. One of the best places I have stayed.

The place is magnificent the staff are remarkable and super friendly if you leave the hotel , to you left you will see harry potter area and a mall and if you goto the right you find everything you need from restaurants to 7/11 , the rooms and the service are very organized and clean definitely worth the stars

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
