Great budget-friendly hotel. I'm personally familiar with rooms 12 and 15 - both are single rooms with private en suites. The rooms have ample storage, large desks, TVs - all the stuff you need. I have multiple joint issues, including a bad back, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly, and they've always offered to help with the luggage. I will mention that the rooms and bathrooms are small (room 15's bathroom is smaller than 12's), but they're clean and comfortable with everything you need. The large windows can also be opened wide, which is really nice considering most hotel room windows only open an inch or two. The wifi is also super fast, and you can borrow a plug converter for electronics, if you forget/need one. Drinks and snacks can be purchased in the lobby WITHOUT inflated prices. Highly recommend!

Don't expect the Ritz, but for the price, this can't be beat if you just need a night close to many amenities in the city (or either major train station this sits near [Pancras + Euston]) Rooms are small, but those with an ensuite have everything you need. Beds were of an acceptable quality, linens were clean, and no sign of any potential six-legged friends. They operate out of three units in the same street, and use traditional keys attached to commercial locks (If you're worried about security, your room should be quite safe. Had to clear three large locked doors before getting into our room.) Fairly quiet environment, albeit some guests may make more noise as the budget price point can attract the odd tourist. Bonus points: they'll store your luggage for the day if you stay the night and have an evening train out like I did. (Luggage room is secured; larger bags [such as those you'd check for a flight] stay in the lobby room under 24/7 surveillance. Definitely a recommended stop if you're on a budget or just want to see the city without any of the glamour of a larger hotel chain.

Great for a short stay. Very convenient hotel, with King's Cross only a 3 min walk away. Ideal for exploring the city. Rooms are small but clean and with all the necessities. No room cleaning during our stay, only the trash can was emptied. I would recommend this hotel!

Employees are friendly and helpful, location is great, near Kings cross at St. Pancras station. They have snacks and drinks for sale in the lobby, which was great! Rooms & bathrooms are a bit small and our lights kept going out, electrical issues. No lift (elevator), no breakfast. Tube (subway) goes directly under the hotel, so it's like sleeping hearing a thunderstorm, not a big deal

The location of the hotel is just perfect, only 5 mins away from the King Corss station. However, The room is very average with simple decration, it could be very hot in summer because there is no AC in my room. We could not complain more because you pay what you pay for, it is a good ecomomy hotel though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
