Sanjeev, Tashmila, Rashid, Midlium, Biswaraf, breakfast staff and porters. The staff name above are the best staff we have come across, the respected us, kind, friendly, cheerful and very friendly staff. Great service from all staff from receptionist, porters to catering, our children booked the hotel with a standard room but the hotel upgraded us to executive room which we thought it was good standard but should have just stayed at the standard room because the quality and furniture was good in sta dard room, the hotel need to make sure there furniture is in good condition, quality and i very good standard. We want there for anniversary trip we had a great time enjoyed alot and the location of the hotel was good, the room was not upto the standard we accepted and smell from room even after cleaning. Cleaning staff left dirty cloth in the room which we complaint to the night receptionist and he took action straight away, the room was ok but the furniture was broken. Cleaning cloth left on the chair. The staff when ever needed them ware always there to help and going extra mile to help customers, my wife enjoyed the hotel alot due to the facilities available there and felt comfortable walking around alone to breakfast and sauna. We would recommended the hotel to friends and family. The hotel is 4 star 🌟 but the rooms are more like 2/3 star 🌟, if the management look after there hotel room furniture the hotel can be upto 5/6 star 🌟. We looking forward of coming again in Jan 2024 and hope the rooms are kept in good standards. Restaurant are 5 mins away close by and hotel has a very good restaurant just outside it. Thank you

Rooms r fine, for family suites they don't give you landerette if you are staying less than month, which may be difficult if you have children. Staff are very nice, yet the room Service isn't daily, you have to put a sign and go out so they could come in about an hour. Location is great and close to the sea 💙 which gives it a great natural weather in winter 👍, but the garden infront of the hotel when we booked it wasn't there when we arrived 💔 it was under reconstruction, Hope to go back there again and see how it became, thank you for having us ^^.
