Booked this entire bungalow for a cousin getaway and it was the best accommodation we could have hoped for. Pool and living/dining area perfectly positioned. Nice quiet location close to everything. Enough space to park multiple cars. Clean and comfortable rooms. Could enjoy even on a rainy day. Delicious food provided and dietary requirements catered for. Most of all, the highlight was the wonderful, warm and welcoming service provided by the staff who were so attentive and helpful but also gave us the space to enjoy our time without being hassled - cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend this accomodation!!

We spent two nights and the place was nice with vintage look. The cooks & caretakers were so nice and never got annoyed at all. The food was so good. The rooms were spacious and clean but could improve in terms of cupboards or hangers which were cheap rather than vintage. Bathrooms were spacious and clean but the doors in the outhouse were of poor quality. Mosquitos, insects, snakes and monitor lizards were something we had to come across everyday. Apart from the few issues mentioned the entire experience was fun filled and enjoyable.

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb villa. The spacious layout provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, complemented by the well-thought-out amenities. The caretaker's assistance was invaluable, making our experience seamless. The overall ambiance was delightful, creating a memorable getaway. Highly recommend!

Had a nice stay here with my friends.. The villa was nice and clean. Rooms were well maintained and had much space in them. All the staff members were friendly and they provided kids meals which was really helpful. Also had a great time in the pool which was safe for the kids too. I'm really grateful for the service they provided for us and highly recommended.

We hired out the entire villa for a family gathering for 14 people. Great service and food. The staff stayed quite late after dinner in case we need anything.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
