Very nice hotel, the food was great. We took half-board, the dinner was delightful, but if you stay for 4 days or more it means you have already tried the entire menu )) I am giving 4 stars to the rooms as the staff do not replenish your cassettes for coffee machine and does not bring new shower gel / shampoo unless you ask them directly to do so. Otherwise perfect impressions overall!

Old villa style hotel, but everything was refurbished inside and outside. Both room and bathroom were big and comfortable and bed was very comfortable. OK breakfast, nice coffee. Location was pretty good for us, nice and quite, not in the city centre, but it was only 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes with the metro. Cleanliness could be better, selection of TV channels was quite poor, especially if you're not hungarian or german speaking. Hotel doesn't provide any parking. No mini bar in the room.

Gorgeous hotel in a fab location for the Metro, literally 3 mins walk away and takes you straight to the centre. The staff are so lovely. The room we had was huge and it was a classic (so I think the standard?), big TV, all the amenities in there you could want including a nspresso machine. We didnt have dinner but noticed the price was below what restaurants charge in the centre. The bar staff make amazing cocktails! Breakfast was nice although the room was set at 23°c which was boiling in our winter attire! Can't fault this place and I'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, with high quality for a 4 stars. Nice decoration, cozy, great location (on ambassy avenue with szvecheni therms and heroes square just 2-3 subways stations away). Direct connection to the center.

We had a top balcony suit. Thant was v nice. Couple of annoying things room not serviced properly and only allowed 4 capsules of coffee for our 3 night stay which meant no coffee on our last morning. Pathetic. Considering what we spent. Only had one meal there and that was very poor. Had the worst ceazer salad ever. All measures of food small inc the wine .11.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
