Even if the property is bit small the hotel is very beautiful and clean and very aesthetic. The staff is very kind at the same time the food is great too. The rooms are very clean and very beautiful and the furnitures are very aesthetic. The pool was clean and the environment is very peaceful. Had the best for the amount we paid.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel during our staff trip. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. None of the things were proper.... The room was very basic, AC was not working properly, no drinking water, no kettle, no mugs or glasses, no cutlery, no plates.... Mostly looks like a cheap guest house.... Food has to be ordered in advance....Only the pool was ok.... If you like to stay with Ants and Cockroaches this is the place.... Only the name is "hotel & resort" none of the facilities are upto the standard

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
