Absolutely delighted with our stay at Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur – a modern hotel that truly deserves 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the amazing rooftop pool and the stunning views it offered. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurants and amenities were top-notch, contributing to an unparalleled experience. Our room was not just spacious but also impeccably maintained, enhancing our stay. The bathrobes provided were a luxurious touch that we absolutely loved. The location of Alila is ideal, making it a perfect base to explore Kuala Lumpur. After trying other properties in the area, Alila stood out significantly – it always felt clean, safe, and like a home away from home. A heartfelt thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

7.2 “IF ONLY…” This is my first time staying at Alila, and I was thrilled, expecting a lot based on the reviews and social media content. The design, decor, and ambiance are incredible—mesmerizing from the ground floor to the lobby, hallway, room, and swimming pool. However, I was disappointed with the room's cleanliness and condition. Despite choosing a room with a balcony, it was dirty and mossy, lacking proper lighting. The warning about mosquitoes was noted, but staying in a balcony room loses its purpose if the sliding door must stay closed. Could you provide repellent or a similar solution? The most concerning issue was discovering a cockroach in the room upon arrival and finding three more in the toilet the next day. Additionally, the room had an old house smell; perhaps a room fragrance would help. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a cigarette smell from the wooden box in the toilet. Maintaining room quality, cleanliness, and upholding a genuine 5-star standard is crucial for returning guests. Small issues now could escalate in the future. I've shared this detailed review in hopes of positive changes to maintain the hotel's excellent reputation. On a positive note, your receptionists and staff were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. Kudos!

Alila is not in the bustling city area therefore you will need to grab everywhere. Waiting for grabcar/food delivery to come is convenient as no traffic congestion. And grab is cheap. Room is clean and comfortable. Price point is also affordable. Lobby has coffee & snacks!

Stayed here 3/12/23 to 9/12/2023. One of the better hotels to put up. Staff were very friendly and warm. Everything in the hotel was very well thought out. From the hotel room layout to the communal coffee station. I will definitely be coming back here for my next trip. Thumbs up guys !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
