Worse hotel ever. Don't even bother staying here. Completely disgusting. Was supposed to stay for 4 nights already paid for it as well. First day upon arrival, found my bed with holes and torn linens. Room was filled with cigarettes and musty smell. Toilet is as disgusting as you can imagine with stains on floors and toilet bowl. Made a complain they changed my room. Thought it was better but turns out to be exactly the same just slightly better. I completely left the place and refused to stay there for even one night. Complete waste of money. Housekeeping even glared at me for complaining that room was dirty. Don't ruin your holiday by staying here. Couldn't bear to take more photos of how disgusting the bathroom was

Great place to stay, close enough to city to be able to walk to all areas although there is a Metro close by also. Staff are very welcoming and assisted me to print my boarding pass when checking out. Rooms are medium size and very clean.

Clean room, good location, staff are very helpful.. The only thing is hotel management must improve the facility at the hotel and provide more services for example good breakfast. There are many markets around the hotel and good restaurants as well.

Very helpful staff. Not a 4 star hotel, doesnt have required amenities, breakfast is limited to basics and same all days. Rooms need cleanliness. Building have only 3 levels , pic is misguiding.

The worst hotel ever not recommended at all poor service poor facilities ( small rooms are not clean, not hot water in washroom ) my check out was on Feb 11,2023 bay the way. Only the staff are really friendly and helpful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
