I called them 4 times asking about a specific service in all the calls they told me "we will call you in 10 minutes" but they never called, I've sent text messages and an email but there was no reply, if they treat costumers like that before even booking I wonder what would they do after reservation, very bad costumer service I don't recommend it

Perfect hotel from which to explore Istanbul. Comfortable and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Close to tram service giving easy access to all areas of the city. Great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Recommend.

One of the lowest quality hotels I have ever experienced They were not able to process my bank card prior to check in even though I checked with the bank and there was no problem with my card ، They took cash from me. The room I received was very cold, and after following up several times and bringing in an expert, they diagnosed the problem with the hotel's heating system and changed my room to a colder one ، They refused to refund my money to leave the hotel. Yes, the next room was colder, that too in February and winter. After protesting again, they said we will bring an extra blanket, but they did not bring it. Contrary to the advertisement, the hotel does not have a sauna or it is always broken. The breakfast is very little and worthless, and when they ask for even a simple egg, they charge extra. The building is old and dilapidated and the entrance door is broken and closed in front of it with a device and you have to enter through the side door. In general, it is not recommended at all and there are better hotels in that area.

The hotel is located in a very communicative place, next to a boulevard where a tram passes. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and towels are changed every day. The only thing that probably doesn't get much attention is breakfast. It's pretty simple.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
