        Very good location at the center of Jakarta. Shopping center, restaurants, cafes and train station are nearby and easily to reach by walk. Comfort room, simply nice breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. Anya the reception was so cooperative on the day check in. Definitely will come back

        Awful place The room smelled of damp. The towels and pillows were smelly too when I arrived, but I was provided new ones after talking with the reception. The hotel isn't clean, including rooms and especially the breakfast area. On the corridors there is no air conditioning, so sometimes waiting for the elevator can be unpleasant. Room lights are very dim, you can barely see a thing. Breakfast was very basic, not really tasty and it wasn't replenished regularly, at 9 am the egg station was already closed. The hotel is centrally located but the surroundings are not very welcoming, and no decent restaurants around (the nearest in the shopping mall). On Saturday evening there was a loud music coming from the top during the whole evening. It was a very uncomfortable stay for me. The only good word I can say, is about the reception staff, they very professional and efficient.

We would have paid for the extra room but we would never know since we were not informed. The room itself was nice and felt spacious because it had an open space sink.         One of recommended hotel in Jakarta city center. Located in very strategic area of Sudirman street, really close to Dukuh Atas transit oriented area. You can access this hotel by public transportation, like commuter line, airport railway, MRT, BRT, and LRT. You can walk for only 10 minutes to Grand Indonesia Mall. The hotel ambience is fun and clean. The lobby is not too big but there are enough sitting chair. The check in is easy and fast. I request a high floor room but unfortunately I didn't get it, but at least the room still have a beautiful city skylines view. The room itself is not too wide, but smells really good for the first time you entered. The bed is soft and clean, and big thanks for the bolsters. There is a regular TV, a electric kettle, safe box, but there is no mini fridge (the reservation page show that there's a refrigerator in the room). The mineral water is refillable. The complain about the rooms are the soundproofing is not really good since the hotel is very close to the main roads and railways. The lightning in the bathroom is so dimmed, and there is no back splash for the sink. For the breakfast, the menu option is limited, although the foods are quite delicious. At least the restaurant offers you a great dining experience with the rooftop area and beautiful city view. The hotel have a tiny room for gym, and there's no swimming pool. This hotel is very recommended if you want to stay with a city view from your bed, and the location is very perfect.

        Being an Accor Platinum member, I was upgraded to a Superior room on the 11th floor. While the view was good, I noticed that I could still hear traffic noise day and night. This was due to the fact that the floor-to-ceiling glass window is merely a simple glaze. Moreover, I did not dare to sit on the chair and stool in the bedroom as they looked unhygienic (See: pictures). I also didn't like the look of dirty spots on the light shade (See: picture). It is a shame that the management and staff didn't address these obvious issues.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
