All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading

Stayed in the family suite. We had the worse stay, booked for 3 nights but had no check out early. We travelled with a 13 month old baby, before we booked we made sure it’s a non smoking suite. Our worse nightmare started from the first night, our king room stunk from 9pm-2am like someone was chain smoking in the room. The family suite must have been surrounded by smoking rooms, the air ventilator must have been connected hence if someone is smoking next, above or below your room the smoke will seep through the central ventilator or AC. The suite has no windows which made it worse. We complained from the first night and requested to be moved to a different room but they were fully booked. They have promised they will investigate (they didn’t, I found out on the 2nd day this was not done). They also offered us to purify the room which will take 30 minutes, we had to decline as we have a baby sleeping and the hotel staff notify us it will be a noisy process. On the 2nd night we endured the worse, the smoke seep through the living room and the twin room from 7pm-4am with loud music. There seems to be a party in one of the rooms close to us. I called front desk and pleaded to be moved and again was notified they were fully booked. We gave up and notified them we will be checking out the next morning. once they knew we were checking out they’ve changed their initial response from being fully booked to they now have available rooms. We ended up moving to a different hotel with a swimming pool and kids friendly hotel. This hotel is suitable for young travellers who enjoys the night life. It’s has a great location but it’s not suitable for family on vacation.

I've stayed multiple times at All Sedayu. Rooms are always clean, staff are always helpful and have a good attitude. The location is in a mall within walking distance to over 100 restaurants and the hotel buffet breakfast is always fresh with both Asian and Western choices.
