The staff was amazing and super helpful. RER station wasn't super far but husband with disabilities struggled a bit walking there everyday. Area is really cute and has nice little restaurants and shops nearby

my card did not work first, my room in first floor had windows directly into the small temporary office of workers who worked on railways 24h a day but ok I had curtain, what was NOT OK: I left my clothes (short and trousers) in the cupboard, I called hotel in 2 days, but my clothes was stolen, I shared exactly where I left it, cleaning service obviously likes to steal what they find... I had lots of dirt on the wall in the bathroom (dust balls)...
