Great location. Very close to the metro and buses. Very clean. Great breakfast. We arrived at dawn due to a flight delay and the owners were very kind. Monia is very kind and helpful.

If you're looking for an ideal B&B for upcoming visit to Rome, then look no further than this lovely place. Property is very clean and surprisingly near to metro station. We stayed for two nights out of our 5 nights in Rome and it was a perfect experience for us especially with two kids. Emanuela is a very kind host who also allowed us to leave our luggage for half day after checkout which was very kind gesture. 10/10 - definitely a place worth booking for your next stay in Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
