Fine for the price. Fifteen mins bus from town and walking distance from cafes, food and bars. The bed was comfy but otherwise the room was very basic and not really as pictured on the website. Self check-in. A bit of noise from the road and late at night when people came back from being out - pack earplugs.

A very decent and clean hotel 30 minutes walk from Edinburgh city centre. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-kept and clean. Independent check-in and check-out to implement the idea

It was what we needed - a cheap hotel for a weekend. We were in room 5 - first floor on the main road. The windows are quite thin, so it can seem quite noisy, particularly as the road is busy. However, it gets quiet enough at night. Beds are quite tired, you can get comfortable, but aren’t the best. I’d recommend bus from city centre, of which there are tonnes - like one every 5 mins or so. During our stay there was no sign of staff (we were there two nights). Not a problem for us - in fact it was quite novel. However, I’m not sure what we’d have done if we needed assistance. I’d book again, but I would perhaps make a request to have one of the rooms not adjacent to the road.

We were in Room 2, on the ground floor. It was at the back, so there was no road noise and looked out onto a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. The self check-in was convenient but so strange that in three days, we didn't see anyone working there! The TV aerial was awful. Couldn't watch anything on normal TV, but it was a SmartTV, so you could log in, and the WiFi seemed pretty decent. My main issue was the other guests. They'd choose to have loud conversations right by our room in the middle of the night and slam the front door which woke me up a few times.. We don't mind a walk, so the walk into the city centre was easy. There were also buses, so no issue if you're not up for a walk!

Good price for a comfortable bed. 4 star rating because there was no shampoo/conditioner in the shower alongside the curtain rails looking like they were about to fall off, and the room being way too hot. Bed was large but not long enough for me unfortunately.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
