It's very close to Spanish Steps, literally 1 minute but you need to be aware that you might have to walk those steps with your luggage. Neighbourhood is calm enough, close to restaurants, to metro station, to shops. Room was clean and enough for 3 person, we spent whole days outside so it was ok. Bathroom was also enough for us. One weak point were breakfast. The same thing every day, mostly sweet stuff. For someone who prefer to eat more at morning you either have to go somewhere else or buy sth at shop to eat. Place was clean.

Amazing place to stay and discover Rome! Price is absolutely reasonable. Location is perfect. Rooms were comfortable and very authentic, old historical building adapted for modern life. Breakfast was fine as well.

I had to cancel the day before because of a severe flu that attacked me in my country and prevented me from flying to Rome. Even though I sent them a medical diagnosis, they did not come to meet me, they charged me the full price for all the days I was supposed to be in the hotel, without any consideration or understanding. watch it before you book there- there's not second chance to these guys.

Nice bed and breakfast close to Piazza Spagna just 1 minute. Close to many places and supermarket. Good room, just the bed a little old for me, but it was ok I just stayed 3 nights. Simple and good breakfast. I didn't met the owner but everything worked well. He organized everything by phone or e-mail.

Unique location: you are on Trinità dei Monti, with a lift that goes down to Piazza di Spagna. Absolute silence, very clean environment, welcoming staff. Nothing negative. Here you can experience the most beautiful Rome, at competitive prices. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
