I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, I found it to be quite disappointing. One of the main issues I encountered was the size of the hotel itself. Despite booking a two-bedroom apartment, the staircase leading to the upper floor was incredibly narrow. It was practically impossible to manoeuvre my luggage up to the second floor, so I ended up having to keep everything downstairs. Another inconvenience was the reception area, which was located in a different location altogether. To make matters worse, it was about 750 meters away from the hotel. I had to use Google maps to navigate through the rain just to check in and check out. Needless to say, this added quite a bit of frustration to an already unpleasant experience. Considering the inconveniences and lack of value for the money I paid, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, my stay left me with a very bad impression.

ATTENTION !!! There is organized crime in this place, on March 4, 2023 a friend and I had 2 laptops, €70* in cash, 1 watch and 2 perfumes stolen from our room (locked) with no signs of burglary. don't go to this place . No one is committed to help us. especially the owners and the "caretaker" boy. Please ATTENTION.

Am awful experience here. Couldn't control the heating, an apartment balcony could see into our bathroom and the studio looked nothing like the images online. The directions from the hotel sent us miles out of the way and if we wanted to let some ait into the apt you had to open your door to the elements. The location is good but I wouldn't go back here in a million years. Take some advise, use your money better, it's not worth what you're paying.

Nice location and the apartment was warm and clean, however the space was extremely small. Also very expensive for what you get, so value for money isn't great. Wi-Fi was patchy at best. Our apartment (if you could call it that) also contained a very steep spiral staircase - didn't even bother trying to take the suitcases up stairs to the bedroom as a result. Overall I was disappointed in this place basically due to the poor value for money and the extremely cramped living space in our apartment. I've stayed in 5 different places around the city and this is by far the smallest and worst value for money. Wouldn't stay again unless I was desperate.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
