If you make a reservation here, make sure you're in contact with the host before you arrive, there is no front desk. We arrived at 10:30 pm and nobody answered the phone or whatsapp. We could not get in and had to look for another place. We met another couple outside wating for hours for the staff to fix their toilet, they were waiting for hours. I would not try to stay here again

I’d say it was a great deal. The service was almost none existent, but it was a clean place with good AC and great location. Even though it’s in the middle of the chaos that it’s 5th Ave there was no noise in the bedroom.

Older hotel, bed was very comfortable, free breakfast from restaurant down the street., wifi is okay, I was able to use it for work with little lags. When I was there, no one speaks English, but Google translate helped with vocabularies I didn't understood. I was there for 2 nights, My room didn't get clean or new towels, I asked and they told me every 2 days. Location is good, tight next to 5th ave but not much noise from the room I was in.

We chose it because it was advertised as pet friendly, but it is not, their contract does not have any clause about extra charges but they applied us one because of the dog, besides, the contract does not have clauses banning pets. It is advertised as a family place for 6 people offering 2 beds and a couch, but the couch is old and uncomfortable. The bathroom in the shower has no door and everything gets wet. They do not answer the phone in the front and they did not send me an invoice Lo escogimos por anunciarse como pet frendly, pero no lo es, a mis hijos les reclamaron de nuestra mascota de forma poco amable. Se anuncia como lugar familiar para 6 personas con un sofa pero está todo viejo e incómodo. No tiene puerta el baño en la regadera y todo se moja. No responden al teléfono en el front y no me enviaron factura

We made a reservation for this place months ago when people did not travel much due to Covid. We booked through #Booking.com at a price that was about the same as simular places did charge. Today (months later) we received a message that our reservation is canceled because of a pricing error in the system. If there is any error in the system you notice this soon and notify your guests soon after the booking. You explane the error and offer a stay at the correct price. What seems to be happening here is that although we took the risk to go book our uncertain vacation. We are now being kicked out because it is getting more busy than anticipated and a bigger profit can be made. Alma y Mar just makes their greed our problem, because we have to try and find a new place to stay close to our vacation date during a busy period. This is rude, not customer friendly and a disgrace to the wonderful Mexican hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
