In my opinion, this hotel is overpriced for what it is. The room is the equivalent to a motel 6. In fact, motel 6 might be better. I arrived at the hotel at 1030pm from a long flight, and we were hungry, so we ordered room service. When we got out burgers, we noticed the patties were raw. At this point it was very late, so we decided to go to sleep. The next morning, i went to talk to the kitchen supervisor, and she said that i should of ordered a new burger i told her why would i order more food at midnight, plus i need to leave to go catch a flight. I asked her to refund me the purchase of the burgers, and she said it was not possible. She also said, "In case you didn't know, burgers are cooked to 3/4 of the way." I told her to go to the room and look at the patties, They ARE RAW. She still refused to give me a refund. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

A quiet place right in the heart of Santiago. I enjoyed resting since the room was perfectly comfortable. The staff were kind and professional. Absolutely recommend and will come back. 'Make Make' is their restaurant, with a wide variety of dishes, even providing a room service on demand. Their pizzas are quite good.

We were excited to stay here based on the positive reviews; however, we were a little disappointed. The good: the front desk staff were very helpful; they spoke English and provided us with recommendations. When our shower wasn't working, they immediately sent someone to repair it. The location is very good -- all the major buildings/sights were within walking distance (Plaza de Armas, the money changing street). The breakfast was bland, but convenient (breads, fruit, cereal, eggs). The bad: the rooms were just like a Motel 6 - small, dingy. The shower was a trickle -- we couldn't use it. To be fair, they sent a repairman to change the showerhead, but it was still not very strong. The walls seemed paper thin -- we could hear people talking loud and clear on the other side. One one night, we had to switch rooms for this reason. I felt we could not watch TV because I did not want to bother the next door guests. Also, it was impossible to communicate with the hotel via email or WhatsApp -- they never responded. I had a package sent to the hotel because we forgot something back home. I tried to confirm that they had received it, but I got no response. We had to travel back to Santiago to speak with the front desk in person in order to confirm the package was received. The cost of the hotel was overpriced. We paid about $160 a night. This hotel should have been between 80-100. We would only recommend this hotel for the convenience of the location.

Went there as we were asked to record a Trinitarian Bible Society's conference. The hotel people was super collaborative, friendly and eager to solve any unexpected issue. I will surely work again with them if needed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
