If I could give them more stars I would. Absolutely perfect. Amazing rooms and space. The hamam was gorgeous and had a warm jacuzzi. The best service we had. This was one of my all time favorite place to stay and experience. The location is a little tricky in a midst of small streets

Hotel itself beautiful, the biggest room and most comfortable bed in Marrakech of 3 places we stayed but expected much more for the price and even when compared to online photos. The bath tub was wonderful can comfortably fit 2 people. Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star hotel ( we had better at local Riad and in desert camp) if the price was 70% less would stay again but unfortunately not for the current price. Highly recommend the massage and hammam as an option to experience this property for much less $

Excellent riad in the lovely Kasbah quarter within Medina walls. A bit less hectic down there, and far enough away from Jemaa el Fnaa to be able to enjoy the city :) Although what looks uncannily like a pool in the middle of the courtyard in the photos is actually not a pool (just green tiles), it's nevertheless a gorgeous place to take breakfast, lunch, dinner, and just sit... oh and there is a perfectly nice but small pool on the roof terrace. Rooms are super, staff are lovely (one of the reception staff was highly effective and gave us a lovely tour at the start of our stay, the others were kind but not quite as effective), and the overall feeling when leaving was this: what a gorgeous place to stay! We've stayed at better places in Marrakesh before e.g. Demeures d'Orient, but for the cost this was excellent. The beautiful underground spa is a MUST - book a scrub for your first day and you won't be disappointed.

A tranquil oasis of calm luxury right in the heart of Marrakesh. Beautiful, carefully curated curios draw the eye in every carefully designed nook and cranny, and stunning mosaics abound. What impressed us most was the perfect night time silence, the quality of the fixtures and fittings and the friendly, professionally trained staff. The pool is small but a huge bonus. Excellent food, superbly prepared and presented, and a roof terraced that just works perfectly. You will not be disappointed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
