        Great location, friendly accommodating staff willing to help with a smile 😊 ,the good thing it’s easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking the rooms it’s clean but furniture it’s old need to be replaced some it’s broken already . The hot and cool Restaurant food was good. I especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset of ruf top swimming pool it’s really amazing 🤩 We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant and Bar was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful.1. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy that’s we can give big clap to Reception team 🙏

        I had booked for a room last minute for my stay and the kind lady from Morocco at the reception desk made sure my stay was accommodated for. In addition to the amazing food at their restaurant, the hotel allowed food from outside, they have an indoor pool and friendly staff. Great customer service!

        Good Experience This was an Extremely Charming. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Qatar its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The reception There are very helpful For support Specially the lady Morocco Lubna she give As Good Service & there staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.&They speak very friendly to the guest we are totally happy for visiting one more time , and their Rooms are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Qatar and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. Thank your Al Mansur Family

        I am my 15 days in this hotel,which my husband book for 22 days,in my period of days here that I observe is the ground staff that answering the phone, not answering at all and when they answer you ask water which they should everyday but didn't sent at all, we need to buy the necessities like water and toilet paper an so on, the worst is they simply giving our room key to a new guest today 29.12.2023 while I and my husband in the room, as for now I am shock and scared and we still have 7 days in this hotel. My super concern that this hotel could take fast action on this matter immediately starting today 29.12.2023.

        I booked for a suite and paid through online and when i checked in the receptionist told me that the suites are fully booked. They've showed another room and i have to upgrade my booking so i don't have a choice. The room was not complete, there is no sleepers, no chair for table, no youtube in the tv and no soap. The emergency alarm keep on alarming many times. its not really worth it
