The room is spacious considering its price, the location is great, just 5 mins walk from Nippori JR station. It is very quiet here and there is 7-11 right 1 block away. The staffs are helpful and there is also onsen in the hotel. Everything is clean and good quality. The toilet has partition to separate between dry and wet zone. Surely, I will come back here again.

Likewise typical business hotels in Tokyo, my room, moderate twin room, at 9th floor was also small. It was difficult to place my and my son's luggage. Don't get your hopes up. On the other hand, it seems that this hotel has been newly renovated. Espacially, the elevator, a Mitsubishi, buttons are big. I love it. For the room condition, the clean beds and cozy lighting made us comfortable; however, it doesn't have a bathtub. This hotel has bathhouses on 3rd floor, you can use it instead. It was clean and well decorated. Don't forget to bring your towel from your room to the bathhouse. For your Information, this hotel doesn't provide complementary water. That's a bummer. On 3rd floor there is a vending machine and a ice machine. The location was one of reason for choosing this hotel. Nippori station is a 10 minutes walk away. Enjoy.

Pros: - Can take out drinks from the breakfast - Ice machine, vending machine, microwave oven - Relaxing sauna bath - Breakfast is great! I really like how their breakfast hits a lot of food checklist you want to try in Japan (but tend to be repetitive) - The bathroom is clean and complete with needed amenities (no bath tub though, and the single room shower is TOO cramped) - Secured elevator (need key card to go up) Cons - No free water - Far from Tokyo Metro, but very near JR Nippori which is at the Yamanote Line

Good size room for Tokyo, bed and pillow is just right. Their blinds are a complete cover dark (can't tell its day or night), perfect for sleeping, so make sure you roll up a gap or set an alarm. This hotel is very quiet, it has very good sound proofing, so we don't hear others much. There were 2 hotel towers, we stayed at the main tower and it has 11 floors. We stayed there for 6 nights and I'm amazed we hardly have to wait long for the lift. There are male/female onsen, female one needs password to enter. There are 2 washer/dryer machines inside. It was the best washer/dryer combo ever, wash/dry in one hit (one machine), no need to waste time to manually move wet clothes to the dryer. Pay and set it (requires a pin number), then just come back in 2 hours. There are plenty of choices for breakfast, both Japanese and Western style. Nippori station is just a 5mins walk to JR station. The staff were nice and understood English enough. Would recommend to stay there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
