let me start with the positive: the room was good, everything working, there is a little bar where you can buy drinks and sweets, unfortunately the negative predominate: there is a pool with no water in it, cleaning staff is friendly but the lady from reception does not care and is rather occupied with her smart phone, breakfast is weak , coffee and tea in paper cups, no juice really, no choice of bread, once they did some hammering in the middle of the night, I think they are not accustomed to international guests and cater rather to Saudis

Extremely poor hotel, Poor service, in fact no service at all Poor rooms Dirty bathrooms, seems they even don’t wash towels The worst, breakfast I have ever seen, they brought one boiled egg and one piece of khaboose, after complaining, they added one more piece of khaboose. We could not get a water bottle, staff said Supervior has taken the key and he will come tomorrow. Never ever do a mistake of booking this property if you are traveling with your family. Thanks

Great location. Outdoor is awesome but studios rooms are not suitable for family. Suites room are specious with Jacuzzi. I believe better options are available on many websites. Receptionist was not warm welcoming. Service was ok on time. TV & AC are old age and not up to mark. No cleaning and extra towels for 3 days. Breakfast is served in room with no much options. No milk no bread..

Hotel has no control over guest. A guest occupied swimming pool and not allowing others to enter saying that we are family (whole day). And the hotel staff has no control. Worst experience. No drainage system in the toilet. Very small bathtub which is suitable for 5 years old kid only Don't go there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
