Stayed here for two nights in August 2023. My room was small but seemed functional. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn’t working, one of the main lights was flickering and the air conditioning stopped cooling down the room by the second day, possibly due to a faulty remote whose batteries kept falling down. I was then very kindly offered to move to a different room, which was more spacious. Here the air con was working but incredibly loudly. The textile of the sheets was pilling considerably. In both rooms the shower doesn’t have a box therefore be prepared to flood the bathroom. Furthermore, wi fi is very weak and not sufficient for video calls. Breakfast, I did not eat due to the fact I went to have it at 9.50 after having been given a written sheet saying it would close at 10, and was told it was finished and I had to leave. In the meantime, a member of staff was graciously serving himself with what was left of breakfast service. Finally, much of the staff does not speak English, and they don’t service your room unless you request it. Definitely needs maintenance and staff training. I wouldn’t come back.

Needs training for your staff for customer service,, for instance the woman receptionist dont know how to speak English well, the spa attendant is sleeping on duty, when I ask for informationc about spa and pool he just give me a sleepy one word answer and go on sleeping in reception sofa like he was in home, having these pricea dont reflect your service well.. Better check your staff attitude and work ethics

The room and hotel itself is fine. But the service is really slow and not efficient. They do not give proper room service, just making bed and sweep floor. They do not restock water and amenities. It takes forever to get anything. Plus I had to get room card activated from reception every single time I wanted to use it

Disappointing, poor communication and non existent -customer service . We pre- booked 1 week in advance , before arrival we called - no answer and when they finally answered the phone, the receptionist dropped the phone after a few minutes of us trying to let them know we would be arriving, shortly. Upon arrival, they said they didn’t have any rooms. Also, we were told to find another hotel . Obviously, being tired from traveling, we didn’t have the energy to be circling around town to find somewhere to sleep. However, they had an emergency room that was offered to us as it seems they gave our room to another customer . I was looking forward to breakfast, hoping that it was better than what I had experienced, already. Shockingly, the restaurant had only 5 tables and were occupied. So, we would would have to wait . We could not bear anymore of this palava and decided to check out, immediately. Value for money- NONE

The photos that they showed on the site were completely misleading. The bathrooms were so small and no space for shower at all. The AC units were leaking in all 4 rooms that we had taken. There were bed bugs on the sofa too. They charges us SAR 360 per night which was very expensive and not worth at all. All the 4 families suffered especially the ones with infants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
