I had an excellent experience at Aloft Hotel Abu Dhabi. It is a modern hotel with contemporary design and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities. It offers various amenities such as stylish rooms, dining options, a pool, and event spaces. Location is little away for city. Taxis are available outside and no supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.

nice, clean rooms. very good and friendly service. The hotel's restaurant on the roof terrace serves good food. The central mosque can be reached in 7 minutes by car. We came with a group of Friends and would recommend this Hotel

A very modern hotel. A concept that in has not seen earlier. There is no entrance to the lobby from the road. One needs to park the car in a multi-storey parking lot & then enter the hotel from there. The walk to lobby (which is very small) with take you 2-3 minutes.

Reason why i am putting 2 stars only is that the food was really average, on the roof top or at breakfast. I found the quality was low overall, and the breakfast setting was messy. On the plus side, staff is helpful though waiting at reception is usually long, and they are friendly, as well. swimming pool area was very pleasant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
