It's not a $400/night hotel (with parking and pet fee, almost $600). I feel incredibly ripped off. Common areas were dirty and furniture needed cleaning. Hallways not clean. Elevators filthy. Air conditioner in room (which was needed due to the extreme amount of heat that was coming up through this building), sounded like a small plane. Room was clean but uncomfortable: decor over comfort. Night auditor was nice enough. At checkout the lady was slightly aloof, which puzzled me due to the shabby conditions of this hotel. If you want this location, stay elsewhere. This is what I would call a Super 8 at a Marriott price. Certainly not Marriott quality.

This is a great hotel! From the location to the exquisite aroma that hits you in the face as soon as you step into the lobby. My honey & I originally booked to stay for one day but decided to extend our stay after the first night. The front desk attendants were wonderful & the housekeepers were great! I recommend anyone that needs to stay near the battery to stay at this hotel.

Everything you want or need is within walking distance. The rooms are more like the size of dorm rooms but they have all of the amenities and cool things you need. The rooms have a safe, coffee machine, breakfast area, night light in the bathroom, and cool stuff on the wall (see pictures). Best of all for me was the Bible.

This is the worst experience I have had with hotels so far! OMG!! First, the Hispanic cleaning lady started banging and opened our room door at 9am, no apologies for waking us up. Then at 10:45am the same lady came knocking to boldly ask us our check out time....I just still can believe how people can be that rude! We couldn't even get our room keys until past 5pm because online it wasn't ready. We had to go to the lobby to get a physical key! Not even a bottle of water was in the room,,,,, MARRIOTT .Mind you we had checked in online a day ahead. My question is, why do you have online services if they don't work? This isn't cool cool. And Please train your staff to pay attention to daylight savings time. Never again Aloft.

It's shabby hotel and not well maintained. There was no shower gel in my shower. Staff was pleasant. The alarm went off at 4 AM. I called to see if the alarm was real and it was not. So I didn't go outside as directed, but others did and no employee updated the guests until they were standing outside for awhile. No one acknowledge nor apologized for the inconvenience of being waken by a loud alarm at 4 am. Good location on the Battery, but I don't think I'll be returning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
