        The rooms were good. However the lobby was so loud and like a frat party. The smell was terrible. I had to take my emergency inhaler before even making it to my room because the smell was so strong, and it wasn't even a cleaning smell. I was grateful we were not on the first or second floor. We paid $30 extra dollars to park at the hotel, which is also insane. We only stayed one night, but that was enough. Overall, we won't ever stay here again and recommend that no one else does either.

        Avoid this place at all costs! Our stay at Aloft Downtown Atlanta was a nightmare. From check-in onwards, it felt like the hotel was deserted, with no staff in sight. COMMON AREAS - The lobby stank, and the odor persisted throughout our 4-night stay. Someone else mentioned this but there was only 1 working elevator and no sign, apology or direction toward the other elevators in the back of the hotel. Because we were visiting during Americas mart, the volume of people was at an all time high. This also meant that the coffee in the lobby in the morning ran out, the trash overflowed in the lobby, and there was a constant lack of personnel to deal with any issues. ROOM - The room was decent enough, although we were not stocked with bath products and even though we left a note for housekeeping, no one refilled our products. We then requested housekeeping to come again as their new policy is once every 3 days (we were not notified of this until we returned to our room after the day and nothing had been cleaned) Housekeeping did come back the next day and only made 1 out of the 2 beds, again no product restock in the bathroom. CUSTOMER SERVICE - On our last night a group in the adjoining room were having a party (from 11pm to 630am) and despite calling the front desk repeatedly, Lauren did nothing about it except call the room 1 time to let them know to quiet down. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had at any hotel, customer service was abysmal and I will never stay here again or at another aloft hotel chain.

        Where to begin? My company recently had a conference for our department so I, along with numerous coworkers, stayed. Only 1 of the 2 elevators in the main hotel lobby was functioning. Some of us found out later that there were actually 2 more elevators in the building but there were no 'apologies for inconvenience and there's another elevator, etc'. No signs, NOTHING. The staff would just sit and look at the guests while waiting for long periods of time for the one single elevator in the main lobby. My room, along with several of my coworkers did not have any wash clothes. We had to request them at the front desk. Many of us also didn't have any hand soap for the sinks. We had to get the soap from the shower to wash our hands. When I asked for soap, the lady at the front desk seemed to act as if it was an inconvenience. I know they were busy with our large group being there along with a building full of high school and college students, but they knew well in advance that the hotel would be as full as it was, but no effort appeared to have been made to be prepared with at least the basic essentials! With the number of young adults in the hotel, there were numerous complaints from my coworkers about the noise in the building. It didn't seem that anyone tried to do anything about it by asking them keep the noise down at night. Thankfully, not on my floor, but on other floors as reported by coworkers, the smell was horrendous and no one seemed to try to do anything about that either. The room itself was too minimalistic. The closet was small, at best. There were no drawers and really not even any shelves deep enough to unpack clothes that didn't need hanging. I would not recommend staying here for any reason.

        Just checked out after a 2 night stay. The hotel was in a great location and the room was as expected. I wanted to write this review in order to compliment the amazing service we received from Nahvah at the front desk. I had called a few days prior to our arrival with some questions and I spoke with her. When I arrived at the hotel she immediately greeted me and told me she was the one I had spoken with. She was so welcoming and kind and really made me feel so welcome. She answered all my questions and made the check in process very easy. Aloft is lucky to have her as an employee!

        DO NOT STAY HERE! Worse hotel experience of my life. DO NOT STAY HERE. My truck along with 20+ other vehicles were broken into in the early morning, the hotel staff knows this is an issue because apparently it happens ALL THE TIME and doesn’t give you any type of warning or heads up! They even make you pay to park in the lot just to get your vehicle broken into! Now I’m stuck spending $1000 to fix my broken windows on top of a $500 stay at this hotel. It’s absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT STAY HERE! To make things worse the rooms have dry wall patches all over the walls and if you try to buy a water bottle in the hotel lobby it cost you $5! With all the money they are making you think they would be able to pay someone to watch the parking lot or maybe reimburse their guests that they are neglecting by letting them park in the UNSAFE parking lot. I can’t stress this enough DO NOT STAY HERE!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
