        Service sucks, people in the front desk are rude and indifferent to guests and don't know anything about hospitality. We got stuck for 1 hour in one elevator and it was impossible to contact the lobby while stuck without signal in the elevator, with the help of 911 they eventually got us out, went down to lobby to tell them and ask what the heck happened and if it was safe to ride the elevators and a girl was like "oh yeah it got stuck", no apologies, just kept looking at her screen. Rooms smell bad, showers have dirt and some days they clean some others they don't. My bed sheets had a hole on them, could see the mattress through it. Horrible hospitality and terrible service at this hotel, DONT stay here.

        We had an accident and wouldn't make it to the exact date. the hotel we picked was non-refundable . The Lady at the front desk was amazing enough to let us pass and changed our book. I was not able to ask for her name but I'm already excited to stay in this hotel because I know that they have an amazing staff and even amazing customer service over the phone . Thank you

        Was not impressed. Stayed for one night for a quick getaway with my family. Multiple light switches didn't work, phone didn't work. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. Nothing felt super clean. Definitely not a family friendly hotel. We went to the semi-cloudy pool and were greeted by three grown men just sitting in there getting drunk and playing extremely loud music watching everyone swim. It was extremely awkward. Then we were kept up until 530am by a group of partiers next to us playing bass heavy music and yelling all night. We attempted to ask them to stop, but no answer at the door so we called and went down to complain multiple times, but they continued on. Only good thing is how close it is to the Mag Mile. Won't be back.

        Rooms are spacious considering it's a downtown location and speaking of location it's conveniently located close to magnificent mile, plenty of good shopping and food options. The customer service needs to be improved a little bit. Overall a good experience and won't mind staying there again.

        It's a rather uninspiring and basic experience for a price of $180+ per night, and unfortunately, the staff's performance left much to be desired. However, it's worth noting that Evelyn was a standout during our check-in process, providing excellent service that stood in stark contrast to the overall experience. If you stay here, don't anticipate any thrills. The hotel lacks the added touches and amenities that make a stay truly memorable. While it's in a convenient location, you may find yourself yearning for a bit more comfort and luxury for the price you're paying. It's a place to rest your head, but don't expect it to be the highlight of your trip to Chicago.
