I am sitting at the breakfast table, I had hoped the breakfast was good, but no: Bland omelette, a toaster that only worked on one side, a capucchino that was not good. The room was big but the corridor smelled of paint. The water in the tap and shower was brown at first so you have to let it run for a minute. I will not stay at Aloft again.

I had a 2 day stay in Dubai and my flight as because my flight came in later and left quite early it was the perfect hotel for my stay. Would recommend for a short lay over. The room was large and quiet.

This is a very nice hotel. For budget group stays, it meets all expectations and checks all boxes. Young and well trained staff take care of your every need. The dining hall is large enough, and the variety of food is excellent. I came in with a Basketball team participating in the Dubai International Basketball Tournament. We enjoyed the stay very much. The reception staff, Shara, Rubi, Caroline, Riza (lady), Caitlin and Ibrahim, and the maitre-d'hotel have been so good. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and modern hotel, 5 minutes from the airport. We stayed 1 night between connection flights. We booked a family room and got 2 rooms with a connected door which was great except we had only 4 beds and not 5 as we booked. We arrived very late at night so we didn't have time to ask for the extra bed (apparently you have to ask reception to get it when you arrive) . Breakfast was great, the variety of food was surprising. They have a free shuttle to the airport during the day. Overall a great hotel with good prices too.

Spacious room with coffee machine, hot water boiler and tea bags. Carpet for public area might need to replace with marks of old age. Swimming pool is a mini size one and more for kids.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
